Expertise and efficiency – What our experience brings to our clients

With a broad and extensive base of experience, JAS IP Consulting brings a high level of expertise and efficiency to our client’s intellectual property rights matters.

First and foremost, our focus is on quality.  Our experience has led to a unique focus on crafting programs and specific protection able to withstand challenges to validity, whether  based on the state of the prior art or the process by which the rights  were obtained.  The net result is broad and enforceable property rights which protect our client’s intellectual property, providing an invaluable advantage in the marketplace.

Through many years of working with technology and intellectual property rights, both from the client and the legal services provider perspective, we realize that a shared vision with our clients is a critical factor in providing quality intellectual property counseling.  Accordingly, we work closely with (not just for) our client, bringing both skill and a sense of teamwork to the task, and dependability and a personal stake in the outcome of our work.

Finally, we recognize that there are cost constraints, even in the most extensive of intellectual property development programs.  We are sensitive to the challenges of managing an outside counsel budget in a cost-effective way.  Therefore, through efficient practice, low overhead, and a personal stake in the outcome of our work, JAS IP Consulting offers its clients cost-sensitive services without sacrificing the quality of the final work product.
